The Whole Crew – Thanksgiving 2010
I finally got around to uploading some pictures today. Here’s a shot of entire crew that gathered for the Wender Family Thanksgiving.
First Cousins, Once Removed
Ella and Reese met for the first time on Christmas Day 2009. They are first cousins, once removed. “Once removed” is a term used to describe a difference in generations. Ella’s grandparents (my mother and father) are Reese’s great-grandparents (Ashley’s grandmother and grandfather). Therefore, Ella and Reese are first cousins one generation removed from each other.
In addition, Reese is our (Beth and me) grand-niece, and we are her grand-aunt and grand-uncle.
